I hate emotions. Don’t you?
Why do I
hate emotions? Well… that simple! I hate them because they do more complex our
existence for ourselves and for others too. But I have to say that I love them more
than what I hate them, because they make life to be quite interesting.
Emotions
are always with us, even if we don’t want them, actually, feeling “nothing” is
an emotion.
Since we were children, our parents, our
teachers and also our friends, told us that there exist “bad” emotions and
“good” ones. The good emotions were the ones that make us to feel pleasant sensation.
The bad emotions were the ones that make us to feel in a “negative or strange way”.
Then, what are those bad emotions we learned to
name like that? Well, they are a lot, for example: hate, anger, pain, fear, dislike,
sadness, frustration, mourning, jealousness, … and lots of them!
After
having a bad time naming the “evil” emotions, I will focus on the good ones. So,
what are those good emotions? We have cheerfulness, happiness…
We use to say they are some emotions are negative
because what it’s associated to them, but are they really bad? Absolutely no.
As humans we don’t decide what to feel, but we do decide what to do with what
we feel.
